I tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no luck. The software I installed with it has a diagnostic feature that is included with it. No On/Off Switch or Fan The other thing worth mentioning, which I forgot to include is that there is no on/off switch and no fan in the unit, but considering, it I tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no luck.
